By downloading, installing, or using Daijobu ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and the Developer.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 or have received parental consent where required.
Daijobu Daily Planner ToDo is a personal daily planner and to-do app for iOS that operates entirely on-device. Core features are free, and additional premium features are available through in‑app purchases.

All user data is stored locally on the device and never transmitted externally.
Certain features require payment via Apple’s In-App Purchase (IAP) system:
Payments are charged to your Apple ID. Management and cancellation must be done through your Apple account settings. Refunds and billing are handled by Apple per their policies. The Developer does not manage payments or subscriptions directly.
The App is owned and developed by the Developer. All intellectual property rights—design, code, assets—belong to the Developer.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, under these Terms.

The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Major changes will be communicated via App Store updates or in-app notices. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is provided “as‑is” and “as‑available.” The Developer disclaims all warranties—express or implied—regarding performance, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the App at your own risk.
To the full extent allowed by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—that may arise from use or inability to use the App, even if the Developer was advised of possible damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, excluding conflicts-of-law principles.
