By downloading, installing, or using BB ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the user) and the Developer.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
BB is a baby routine-tracking app for iOS that operates entirely on-device. The app is completely free. Monetization: donations.
Data is stored locally on the user's device and synced with their iCloud storage.
The App is owned and developed by the Developer.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal user data externally. All data remains on your device and your iCloud.
The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Major changes will be communicated via App Store updates or in-app notices. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is provided “as‑is” and “as‑available.” The Developer disclaims all warranties—express or implied—regarding performance, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the App at your own risk.
To the full extent allowed by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—that may arise from use or inability to use the App, even if the Developer was advised of possible damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, excluding conflicts-of-law principles.
