1. No Data Collection

BB does not collect, transmit, store, or process any personal information or user data.

• No account creation is required.
• No data is transmitted to any external servers.
• No analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase) are integrated.
• No advertising SDKs or tracking mechanisms are present.
• No background data access is performed.

All user data is stored locally on the device and within the user's iCloud account

2. Device & Platform-Level Data

Although BB itself does not collect any data, the operating system provider, Apple Inc., may collect certain information as governed by their own privacy policies. We have no control over the data collection, processing, or sharing practices performed by Apple. Please refer to Apple’s privacy documentation for details:

3. Children’s Privacy

Access to BB is restricted to users aged 18 and above.

4. Data Security

All user data remains on the local device. iOS provides robust security mechanisms to protect this data. We encourage users to enable device-level encryption and iCloud backups, if desired.

5. User Rights

As no personal data is collected or stored, there is no data for us to access, modify, export, or delete.

However, under regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and others, you retain the right to contact Apple directly for any platform-level data they may have collected.

6. International Compliance

This application is designed in accordance with major international privacy laws, including but not limited to:

• GDPR (EU): No personal data is collected; thus, all rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.) are inherently fulfilled.
• CCPA / CPRA (California): No "personal information" as defined by the CCPA is collected or processed.
• PIPEDA (Canada): No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected or disclosed.
• Privacy Act 1988 (Australia): No information is collected that qualifies as "personal information".
• Information Technology Act (India): No sensitive personal data is processed.
